Welland Valley CC Marshalling Rota 2010

Please have a look straight away to see which dates I’ve allotted for you and check that you can make them.  If you know that you can’t make those dates, please let me know straight away so that I can make alternative arrangements.

Please look on your Club Calendar to check the event headquarters and the time of the start of the events you are allotted and arrive at the headquarters at least 20 minutes before the start and make your presence known to the organiser.

It would be appreciated if you would come by car to marshal so that you can take out signs, flags and reflective jackets to your marshalling points and return them afterwards to the headquarters.

For each time trial course there will be a map at headquarters showing the marshalling points and the duties of marshals at that point.

The club requires a greater number of marshals this year due to course changes for the first two Club Championship events and the new Thorpe Langton 10 course. It is important that the club is seen to be acting in a responsible manner regarding the safe running of our events with sufficient marshals and warning signs in place.

For those adult members not on the rota, please can you inform me when you are available to substitute for members due to illness, holidays, etc?
