Road Race Team - Sunday 7th March Training Ride.
This weekend is indeed the start of all things new (see news article 'Let the 2010 season begin'). Good luck to all who are riding in Time Trials and I hope the leisurely ride starting in Lutterworth is well attended and I think I'm right in saying that Nick Clarke leads the club run from the Square, Sunday morning.
For anyone interested or with energy left after Saturday's exertions, there is a gentle training/familiarisation ride starting from the leisure centre in Market Harborough that will make it's way towards Old in Northamptonshire with the intention of becoming familiar with the route and road surface for the next NCRA road race by completing two laps of the course before returning back to the leisure centre. Meet at 3.00pm to start riding at 3.15pm.
All are welcome and would be a good ride to do if you fancy joining in with this developing road race team (In today's event we were like a 'rash' throughout the entire pack... marvelous!).
Riders have already said they will attend this ride but the more the even merrier.
