On Saturday 12th June, Welland Valley Cycling Club has been invited to participate in the Market Harborough 2010 Carnival.
Last year 40 cyclists took part in the unofficial 'Worlds Slowest Club Run'.
This year we are looking to set a new record ... not the speed and distance covered but the number of riders taking part.
If you have ever wondered what in feels like to ride your bike in front of thousands of people, now is your chance.
The atmosphere last year was superb!
Come and join the Whizz Kids and show the district that the Welland Valley CC is a family club.
The parade will roll out at noon from Burnmill Road, Market Harborough.
It will travel down the High Street, and turn into Coventry Road, heading out of town. It will then go south down Farndon Road, along Welland Park Road, into Northampton Road and will finish at the entrance to Symington's Recreation.
The Whizz Kids will also be promoting National Bike Week.
