New members and members who fail to renew on time will only be allocated points when their membership number and details are received by the series co-ordinator. This information will be passed to the co-ordinator at the end of each month.
E.g. New members and members who only renew during March will not receive points for the duration of March, but will receive points during April if their details reached the membership secretary when the updated membership spreadsheet was produced.
Every member needs to give the event organiser their correct membership number.
No membership number, an incorrect or random number = no points for that event.
