Sign up online today to make our 2018 Welland Valley race events a success

All adult club members (18+) are required to help at a minimum of one Welland Valley CC racing event per year. And if you’re a competitor in TT / Road / Cross / Mountain bike races, then you should volunteer at least twice.

To make the process as easy as possible, you can now volunteer online – selecting the type of event (s) and the date (s) that suits you.

We’re using a programme called Sign-up Genius to manage our 2018 rota. It’s quick and easy.

Simply click here to go to our marshaling sign-up form or to check your dates.

There you’ll see a list of all the events at which we require marshals and other helpers, along with timings, venues and the number of volunteers required.

Simply select your preferred option (be sure you pick a date you can definitely do and put it in your diary) by clicking on the [Sign Up] box to the right of the required event, and then clicking on the [Submit and Sign Up] button at the bottom of the page. You'll then be asked to enter your name and email address and to confirm your sign-up. You’ll get an email reminder and a text message a week before your slot.

But hurry, because once slots are taken – then that’s that; so go online today and pick a date to give something back to your club and clubmates.  If you don’t select your slots by 1st March 2018, then they will be automatically allocated.

If you have any questions, or you experience any technical difficulties with the online form, then contact Chris Dainty:
