Following yesterday's League action today the attention concentrated on the Regional Cyclo-cross Championships.
With Welland Valley CC Muddy marvels living in a variety of regions we could have representation in 3 championships.

Mia Hopkins travelled to Scunthorpe to contest the East Midlands Championship.
Over a dry ultra fast w course and meadows the racing ultra fast.
Mia rode a brilliant race to be crowned the Under 12 girls East Midlands Champion.
This is fantastic reward for the young lady who has been producing great rides and races and polishing her skills at coaching sessions.
Dom Switzer contested the Under 14's, after a bruising school rugby match the previous day Dom rode well to finish a rewarding 8th place.

Fraser Ayears & James Simons-Boswell took to the startline in the Central Championships at Dalton Barracks, Abingdon, Oxford.
The start was critical in the Central region as the race lap consisted of muddy twist and turns on grass with limited opportunity for overtaking.
Fraser battled round with sore ribs a crashing the previous day at Kettering to finish 5th Junior.
James enjoyed a great blast having been officiating many events recently to finish a strong 23rd after being gridded at the back.
